Melissa Principi

Real estate is in Melissa's blood. A top producing real estate agent who is currently working towards her broker license, Melissa is a third-generation East End native and a key player in her family's nearly six-decade old real estate development and design-build company.

Melissa specializes in agricultural land, luxury properties and design-build opportunities. Melissa has joined the top producing, McCloskey Team on the North Fork with over $30 million in sales in 2022. She is dually licensed in both Huntington and Cutchogue and versed in primary and secondary home markets. Bringing over 15 years of luxury sales and construction experience to her clients and offering an extremely powerful network of professional resources to every sale.

In addition to a Masters degree in Business Management and a Bachelors degree in International Business, Melissa holds a certified Sommelier certification and has a passion for wine and viticulture and may often be found walking the vines and meeting clients at her favorite North Fork vineyard.
